In this role you will:

Develop your online professional brand with the guidance of internal and external people associated with Paragon.

Learn the terminology associated with the insurance industry which will enable you (when fully trained) to carry out candidate interviews as well as manage client presentations and meetings.

Learn how to utilise online platforms to network and “headhunt” people for our clients.

Work with Senior Recruiters, helping with various administrative tasks including:

Formatting resumes

Creating excel spreadsheets

Updating client and candidate records on the existing system

Attend one on one interviews

Attend various insurance industry functions representing the company





Ultimately we will get you to a point where you will be a successful and well networked Recruiter within the Insurance Sector here in Perth as well as on the East Coast.

Has an understanding of already working in a professional workplace (office based)

Good IT skills

Someone who understands social media and is keen to build a professional brand on various platforms
