TruHealth Solutions is a growing national Occupational Health organisation, and we’re excited to be recruiting Occupational Health Nurses (EN or RN) to join the team at our current Lismore Clinic on a casual basis.

As an occupational health nurse, you will be conducting health assessments in our clinic, mobile units, or onsite client sites.

Responsibilities could consist of:
Pre-employment Medicals
Health Monitoring Medicals
Additional health assessments including audiometry, spirometry, ECGs, drug and alcohol screening, functional assessments, and fitness-for-work testing
Supporting workplace health initiatives and wellness programs, including phlebotomy and vaccination services
Respirator Fit Testing

Skills, Experience, Qualifications

We are ideally looking for someone with experience and or qualified in the above services or willing to gain and upskill.

Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Strong organisational and time management skills




Confidence working across a variety of workplace environments
Current Australian driver’s licence
Willingness to travel to client and onsite locations as required

Training Provided

Previous experience in workplace health assessments or occupational testing services is advantageous but not essential. Candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be supported with training.

Requirements
Degree level qualifications in nursing or equivalent
Current registration with AHPRA
Experience or Qualifications in Audiometry, Spirometry, Drug & Alcohol Screening, Nurse Immunisation Certificate, and/or Phlebotomy (highly regarded)
Valid Driver’s Licence
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
