In thei role, you’ll be providing vital administrative support to the Business Development Managers and State Managers. This includes handling warranty and roadside assistance inquiries, onboarding recent dealers, managing reports, and offering general assistance as needed. You will also deliver customer service to those with questions regarding their warranties, transfers, or cancellations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails about warranty and roadside assistance
Support sales and field teams with administrative tasks
Manage warranty transfers and cancellations
Build robust relationships with internal staff and external customers
Proactively identify and suggest process improvements
Assist with other ad hoc operational duties as needed
Requirements
Excellent phone manners and customer service skills
Solid attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
