About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Administrator to join our fun and dynamic team, located at our head office in Epping. The role will have the responsibility of being the first point of contact for Customers.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for:

screen and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner
Conduct Covid Check-in Marshall duties to ensure everyone meets the VIC government guidelines
Ensure the reception area is always presentable, clutter-free and clean
Support other departments in administrative tasks, as delegated by Manager
Booking jobs using our online booking system
Creating job invoices

About You
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Flexible, skilled, courteous, approachable and strong work ethic
Suitability to working in a fast-paced, dynamic & changing environment
Ability to work autonomously & with little guidance or instruction at times
Experience using MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
Bubbly, friendly and approachable
Immediate commencement (preferable)
