Primary Objective: The NT Health Aboriginal Cadetship Program is a key ‘entry to practice’ initiative for NT Health to assist achieve greater representation of tertiary educated Aboriginal employees and increase Aboriginal health specialists in our workforce. The program assists eligible NT Aboriginal students undertaking the Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse), their first undergraduate degree or postgraduate studies to gain skilled health qualifications in skill shortage areas, additionally, the program also provides work placement and experience within NT Health. Several vacancies are available in various locations throughout the Northern Territory.
