The Reveley is seeking a skilled and innovative Head Chef to lead the kitchen. If you have a creative flair for cooking, an eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and mentor others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As Head Chef, you will be at the heart of our kitchen, overseeing everything from menu creation to ensuring top-notch food quality. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and work closely with management to keep our offerings exciting and on-trend.

The ideal candidate is a passionate and creative chef with at least three years of experience in a similar role. Solid leadership and multitasking abilities are essential, as well as the ability to manage costs and maintain high operational standards. As a key department head, you will be expected to foster positive relationships across the organisation and contribute to a team-oriented and high-performing team culture.

Working under the direction of Executive Chef you will have the following responsibilities:
Take charge of the kitchen operations, overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.



Bring your expertise and creativity to develop recent menu items and seasonal specials, ensuring a diverse dining experience for our guests.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory efficiently, minimise waste, and control food costs while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with the management team to create innovative and enticing menus that align with customer preferences and market trends.
Build strong relationships with local suppliers to source fresh, high-quality ingredients for the kitchen.
