About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the business to ensure risk is evaluated in line with the company’s credit policies and procedures. This role has no direct or indirect reports.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Monitor and review the credit quality and performance of existing loans and investments, identifying early warning signs and taking necessary actions to mitigate risk.
Enforce credit and operational best practices to ensure high-quality assessments of high-risk accounts.




Collaborate with the Claims department in managing large claims within the credit portfolio.
Liaise with internal credit committees and underwriters to maintain robust communication and alignment on credit decisions.
Work closely key stakeholders to build solid relationships and contribute to regular, comprehensive reporting.

About You
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s).
Extensive experience (7+ years) in credit risk management within a financial institution, with a focus on corporate or property lending
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across various levels of the organisation.
Valuable understanding of legal entities, lending structures, and regulatory requirements.
