Based in the CBD fringe, our client is an instantly recognisable institution, and they are looking to appoint a technically solid senior accountant/finance manager into a newly created position within the finance function. Preparation and review of monthly/annual group financial reports
Preparation of technical accounting papers
Co-ordination of monthly/quarterly internal management reports and analysis
Co-ordination of annual group consolidated budget
Provide commercial insights, scenario modelling and commentary




Assisting in the preparation of the half year and year end results reporting
Assist with FBT & Trust distributions
Management reporting pack completion
Oversee the AP & AR function
C-suite exposure
Assist with continuous ad-hoc process improvement projects

To be considered for the role, you will be CA / CPA qualified with at least 3 years of post-qualified experience working within a similar commercial role within property/real estate.

You will have a proven track record to apply an analytical and commercial approach to decision-making. Strong with excel, you are extremely comfortable with extracting and manipulating data.

You will also enjoy working with non-finance stakeholders and adding commercial value by partnering with the business.

Technical reporting knowledge is essential and exposure to the latest reporting standards. You will need to have exposure to real estate/property/retirement living to be considered.
