We are currently working on X2 SENIOR SERVICE DESIGNER roles within a Digital Government agency based in Sydney OR Brisbane with a Hybrid working way (ideally 2 days in office) for a 12 month contract.

Day rate is subject to experience but around $800-$1,200 p/d + Super

As the Service Designer you will designing the end-to-end journey of Digital services based on evidence of customer needs and strategic outcomes

You will be responsible for driving a human-centric and holistic approach to service delivery; helping to design and guide solutions to support multiple.

Please note you need to be in a position to obtain a Baseline Security clearance (Australian citizen).

Role –
Execution and delivery of best practice service design methods and processes supporting the future design
Manage the design and delivery of service design artefacts and communication of current and future state journey maps,



service blueprints and personas ensuring a holistic approach to end-to-end service design
Working as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively and manage relationships
Lead and deliver workshop design and facilitation
Manage and deliver contextual research and insights

Skills –
Over 4 years’ experience in HCD methods with a focus on Service Design, with Strategy/ Research
Experience in leading customer-centred design
Solid service design experience with a digital and/or omni-channel focus
Extensive experience with process mapping and process improvement
Understanding and application of Design Thinking principles
Government agency OR Health Sector in a design capacity exp highly desired
