We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations.
About the Role Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the daily operation of the Club’s restaurant, bar and member dining services while leading a qualified front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
Deliver exceptional member and guest service.
Lead, coach and develop the front-of-house team.
Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs.
Coordinate restaurant bookings, functions and special events.
Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high food and service standards.
Monitor stock ordering, inventory control and monthly stocktakes.
Ensure compliance with Food Safety, RSA and WHS requirements.
Manage POS systems, cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
Handle member enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor budgets and contribute to achieving financial targets.
About You To be successful, you will have:
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in restaurant, hotel or club operations.
Knowledge of food, wine and beverage service.
Experience with rostering, budgeting and stock control.
Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
