The Role
The team at VDS is seeking reliable production (encapsulation) operators to work in their production team. We are seeking for operators who can work from Monday to Friday or at least 4 days a week.
Your daily task will require you to work on production lines where you will be assisting in manufacturing individual capsule supplements.
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in encapsulation.
Tasks & responsibilities
Work closely with room leaders to constantly deliver on quality food products.
Follow batch documents and internal procedures.
Setting up and operation of encapsulation machine
Conduct quality checks and in-process checks
Identify and report equipment or quality issues promptly
Must be able to work independently
Assist with cleaning production equipment and production areas
Any other task as required in the production process
Qualifications & experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment
Experience working in encapsulating machines
Must have attention to detail
Mechanically minded individuals preferred
Willingness to learn a new skill
Ability to lift 15-25kg
Successfully completed year twelve or equivalent
Must be available to work afternoon Monday to Friday
