An exciting position is now available for a highly organised people-leader to join our Theatre Orderly team at National Capital Private Hospital. The Theatre Orderly team leader will fulfil their role within the Operating Theatre with the support of the Nurse Unit Manager-Anaesthetics.

As an Orderly your responsibilities will include:

Coordination of theatre orderlies on shifts

Working as an active member of the team

Providing the team with leadership and support during shifts

Versatile to work across both AM and PM shifts

Essential Criteria:

Experience in a hospital workplace is desirable

Demonstrated leadership skills

Positive and resilient nature

Exceptional communication skills

High level customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills

Flexibility, reliability and ability to work under pressure
