Role Requirements:
Answer incoming calls from Clients/Providers/Key support people and respond to their inquiries.
Handle Client/Provider concerns with empathy and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns.
Always maintain a high level of professionalism.
Meet performance metrics such as productivity, average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Process invoices and resolve cases in a timely manner with the intention of first touch resolution.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
Previous experience in a role where high levels of customer service have been provided.
Previous administrative experience providing service that requires a high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.




Proven ability to be adaptable in the workplace to be able to meet changing demands.
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel & Outlook.
