We currently have a full-time Finance Manager position available. This can be located in Brisbane or Sydney.

As a Finance Manager you will perform and manage a range of accounting functions to ensure the financial accountability of the organisation is accordance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), Australian Charity and Not for profit commission (ACNC), ASIC, and all of the various funding body guidelines.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management/Administration
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in accounting including budgeting and maintenance of financial records and payroll




Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures.
Demonstrated Understanding of ethical behaviour and business practices
High level decision making skills including the ability to assess risks and make well informed decisions
Valuable time management skills including the ability to prioritise urgent tasks
High level of written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
Professional approach (essential).
Confident manner (essential).
Positive approach to change (essential).
Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Experience and skill in office financial accounting packages with preference given to MYOB
