We are currently seeking an IT Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic IT support and assisting with the maintenance and development of our internal web application for our small (~30) person business and by extension our customer base.

Requirements:
Ability to problem solve
Good communication skills and understanding of what good customer service is.
Familiarity with basic IT concepts
Willingness to learn and grow in the role
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

Responsibilities:
Provide basic IT support such as password resets and troubleshooting hardware issues.
Assist with testing and maintenance of our internal web application.
Work with the current IT team to learn about Active Directory and Microsoft Management.




Eventually take ownership of IT systems and infrastructure that aren't related to software development.
Work with other departments to identify areas where technology can improve business processes.
