We are a well established and growing manufacturer of high-quality precast concrete panels. Our company is 100% Australian and family owned and operates in NSW & QLD. Our head office is located in Yennora, Sydney NSW.

We are currently seeking an experienced, self-driven & organised individual to join our finance team as our company accountant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations, including but not limited to:
Overseeing the company’s financial records and transactions
Preparing Financial statements and reports
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Conducting financial analysis and forecasting
Working Capital Management – cash flow management
Prepare BAS, Superannuation payments, Workers Comp Payments and Payroll Tax
Review payroll and associated HR functions
Collect monies and retentions within appropriate timeframe
Review monthly invoicing
Reconciliation and review of Fixed Assets and Finance lease reporting




Implementation of effective accounting controls and processes
Manage and lead a small team of 2 – Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable/Payroll.
Conduct and present monthly finance reports in meeting format to Senior Managers and external Accountant.
Reliable and punctuality to all work-related matters and meetings

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing, construction industry but not essential
Proficiency in accounting software MYOB and Microsoft Office
Robust analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and skills

Salary dependent on experience and expertise.

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
