We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our team and oversee the operations of our branch. In addition to managing daily branch activities, the Branch Manager will play a key role in driving local lending initiatives, cultivating relationships with customers and businesses and ensuring we meet the diverse financial needs of our community.

Tasks and responsibilities
Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet branch goals.
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring effective and compliant service delivery.
Actively participate in community engagement and outreach efforts to strengthen relationships with local businesses, families, and organisations.
Serve as the primary loan officer for the branch.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,



local businesses, and community leaders, identifying lending opportunities that align with their needs.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch’s customer base, increase lending volume, and promote bank products.
Ensure the branch maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Skills and experience
Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
Extensive personal lending experience or a robust financial background is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
