About the Role As a Chef, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining excellent kitchen standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistently high standard of food.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
Assist in developing seasonal menus and daily specials.
Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to a consistently high standard.
Monitor food quality, portion control and minimise wastage.
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen in accordance with Food Safety and WHS requirements.
Assist with stock ordering, stock rotation and inventory control.




Train and mentor junior kitchen staff where required.
Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality and consistency.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
At least two years' experience as a Chef.
Sound knowledge of up-to-date Australian cuisine and commercial kitchen operations.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
A positive attitude, reliability and a genuine passion for hospitality.
