Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails & live-chat
Handle customer queries professionally,



provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as required
Ensuring customer profiles & communication is documented
Working with the returns team on processing returns & faulty replacements
Assisting with warehouse duties and stock management
Provide back up and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested

Requirements
Previous customer service experience within a fashion retailer preferred (either online or in-store)
Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task & show initiative
Experience in a rapid paced working workplace
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong grammar skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Comprehensive computer skills with an iMAC
