Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time Customer Service Officer to join our Hervey Bay team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships both face to face and over the phone to become an integral part of our growing team.





This is a permanent full time opportunity working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Build new relationships with builders and trade accounts
Face to face sales and marketing
Retail sales and over the counter sales
Respond to email and phone enquiries
Quoting and ordering
General office duties as required

Skills & Attributes:
Sales experience within the building industry
Metal roofing sales and product knowledge an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer focused (Internal and External)
Great work ethic and a team player
Good mathematical skills
MS Office proficiency
