About the role

Based in Wodonga, joining a positive team environment, you will be responsible for building relationships and providing an exceptional level of customer service to our customers with duties including but not limited to;
Over the phone and in person customer interaction
Trouble shooting customer sales queries and questions
Upselling and providing quotes to customers
Managing and developing sales growth
Fast paced and enjoyable customer service role

Managing large and small projects
Liaising with Scheduling, production and customers

About your experience

We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, a strong desire to succeed and a passion for continuous improvement.

You will also have;




Excellent customer service and phone-based customer service role
Time and internal project management skills, to co-ordinate customer projects.
The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients and an excelling sales team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
Microsoft and ERP system Symix, SAP or similar is ideal.
