An exciting opportunity has opened for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Shared Services team in a full time or part time capacity at our Perth CBD Head Office.
Titan ICT is a private company, established in 2003, and expanded in 2016 with the creation of Rail Systems Australia. These two businesses continue to grow rapidly across the country and as a result an Accounts Payable role has become vacant. This position sits within the Shared Services team, is led by the Financial Controller and plays a vital role in supporting both of our business streams to achieve operational and strategic outcomes.
The role will suit an enthusiastic, self motivated individual who has a can do attitude and is keen to work in a busy and evolving environment.
The key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Timely and accurate data entry of incoming invoices and credit notes
Matching of purchase orders to invoices
Monitoring the workflow review/approval processes
Preparation of weekly payment runs
Reconciling employee credit cards
Manage vendor setup
Monitoring of accounts email inboxes
Supplier statements reconciliations
The ideal candidate would possess the following experience and attributes :
Relevant Bookkeeping qualifications and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and quality output
Excellent stakeholder engagement
well developed organisational skills
Experience with Netsuite software is desirable but not essential
