Accounts Officer role available in Brisbane CBD - Outstanding 2-month temp assignment

Your new company
This national company that are a major player in their sector are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their high performing finance team on a temporary basis for 2 months approximately. The role will be based in their Brisbane CBD based offices and is located close to Queen Street mall for lunch time shopping and dining.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Coding of invoices
Processing of invoices into the system
Assisting with payment runs
Supplier reconciliations
Liaising with suppliers regarding accounts
Allocating payments
Assisting with bank reconciliations
Handling any queries via phone and email

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful,



you will meet the following requirements:
Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ideally within the commercial sector
Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes
Ability to work well as part of a team
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service
