About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Collections Officer to join our Credit Team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining our company’s financial health by ensuring timely payments from our valued clients. You’ll build relationships, negotiate solutions, and keep our cash flow strong.

What you’ll be doing
Chasing Payments: you’ll use your excellent communication skills to contact customers via phone, email and letter to follow up on overdue invoices.
Negotiating solutions: you’ll work with customers to understand their situations and develop payment plans that work for everyone.
Building relationships: you’ll establish rapport with customers and internal teams, fostering positive interactions and collaboration.
Problem-solving: you’ll analyse payment patterns, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions.
Record keeping:



you’ll maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities.
