Job Description
We have casual roles available for A Chef at our two outlets located at RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort (Boughshed Restaurant and Monkey Bar).

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining a secure and hygienic working setting, to include proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and equipment
Ensuring all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes
Liaising with front of house and restaurant management regarding customers order and general service of kitchen operations
Providing qualified, efficient and personalised advice and recommendations relating to the food offerings
Cleaning, sanitising and disinfecting all kitchen areas.

What We Are Looking For




RAC is an iconic brand that resembles trust and integrity within the community and we are looking for someone that can reflect these qualities. In addition to this you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
A thorough understanding of Food Safety principles and Workplace Health & Safety
Availability to work weekends and public holidays

Job does qualify for sign off days for a 2nd/3rd year working holiday Visa

We will require a current National Police Clearance and evidence of Double Covid Vaccination.
