Key Responsibilities:
Be the Voice of My Implant Dentist: As the first point of contact, you’ll make a lasting impression on future and current customers.
Deliver Top-Tier Service: Handle queries and provide rapid,
friendly support via phone, email, social media, and through our website.
Drive Success: Motivate and lead our outbound telemarketing team, helping to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.
Handle Admin Duties: Perform ad hoc tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
About You:
Customer-Focused: You’ve got experience in customer service or sales and thrive on delivering quality service.
Driven by Results: You love KPIs and working in a structured, goal-driven environment.
Confident Communicator: A polished, professional phone manner and exceptional verbal/written skills are essential.
Tech-Savvy: Confident using digital tools and systems. Experience using Praktika & D4W is desirable, but not essential.
Organised & Motivated: You’re detail-oriented, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve.
