About the Role

We’re looking for a capable and confident HR Advisor to take ownership of the people function across the business.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end HR role with real responsibility across employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. The role also includes payroll processing within a structured finance function and a small amount of operational support work.

This role will suit someone who has already operated at HR Advisor level, is comfortable handling employee matters directly,



and is looking for a role where they can own outcomes, not just administer processes.

Human Resources (Primary)
Lead recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
Provide practical HR advice and support to managers
Manage employee relations, including performance and disciplinary matters
Conduct workplace investigations where required
Support and guide performance management processes
Maintain HR compliance and employee records

Payroll
Process payroll in MYOB
Review payroll data and identify discrepancies
Prepare payroll for approval

(Payroll operates within a structured framework with Financial Controller oversight.)

Operational Support
Assist with targeted admin and business support tasks
Support internal HR and finance processes where required
