The Role:
As a Site Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of Custom builds in Melbourne’s Inner-East. You will be responsible for coordinating in office activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe working setting. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail,



and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a Site Management role delivering Custom Homes (Basement experience is required)
Carpentry background and relevant qualifications is essential
Able to communicate confidently with Architect's, Engineer's, the client, and other stakeholders
Ability to confidently use systems and software
