Job Role: Team Lead - Technical Records

Job Description

∙Scanning and Digital Migration: Oversee the scanning and sorting of aircraft technical

records, ensuring all documents are digitized accurately and efficiently.

∙Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on scanned documents to guarantee data integrity

and accuracy.

∙Project Management: Ensure the team meets project deadlines, maintaining timelines and

efficiency in document processing.

∙Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members, addressing queries and resolving

issues to foster a collaborative work setting.

∙Performance Monitoring: Track and report the quantitative and qualitative achievements of

the team to management, ensuring alignment with project goals.

∙Customer Interaction: Act as an ambassador for flydocs, effectively handling customer

queries and feedback and manage customer quality audit.

∙Scanner Maintenance:



Responsible for timely maintenance and cleaning of scanning

equipment, ensuring optimal image quality.

∙Documentation and Archiving: Prepare boxes for archiving in compliance with procedures

and guidelines and assist in creating process maps and guidelines.

∙Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work workplace, ensuring compliance with

visual management standards.

Requirements

∙Minimum of two years records management administration experience.

∙Minimum of two years’ experience of team management.

∙Proficient at Microsoft suite [ Excel and Word] /Adobe Acrobat Professional software

proficiency.

∙Positive verbal and written communication skills.

∙Ability to lift and move archive boxes with reasonable frequency.

∙Full time working rights in Australia.
