About the role

This is a Senior Project Manager role that has been created due to the growth of the business. You'll take ownership of projects across build-to-rent, multi-residential,



social infrastructure or hospitality depending on your experience and portfolio aspirations. You'll help take projects from concept through to handover, helping ensure they come in on time, budget and with quality considerations met.

What you'll need
Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager in a client-side capacity or as a Project Manager looking after your own projects and are ready to take the step up to a Senior title.
Exposure to recent build projects is ideal (multi-residential, commercial, aged care, social housing).
Ability to work with a range of stakeholders including high net-worth clients, institutional organisations, a range of suppliers & contractors.
Ability to mentor and upskill those around you in a cooperative team setting.
