As a Truss Assembler, you will work as part of our production team to build prefabricated timber roof trusses, posi-strut and wall frames. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys physical work, working in a team environment, and taking pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble timber roof trusses, posi-strut and wall frames
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Measure, cut, and prepare materials with accuracy
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Follow all OH&S; procedures and company guidelines
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets
About You
Experience in frame and truss assembly preferred but not essential
Ability to read and interpret basic measurements
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Reliable,
punctual, and safety-conscious
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Forklift licence or carpentry experience is an advantage (but not required)
