The Role:
As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of a diverse range of commercial projects. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality objectives. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects, from feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Oversee consultant and contractor procurement, contract management, and project reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or changes as they arise.
Monitor project progress,



manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards and health and safety requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in project management, specifically within the commercial construction sector.
Previous client-side experience, managing projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, and timelines.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build robust relationships across all project teams.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
