Cleaning Supervisor

A growing commercial cleaning company is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and supervising daily cleaning activities across various locations;
Monitoring cleaning standards and ensuring work is completed to company requirements;
Preparing staff rosters and allocating duties to cleaning personnel;
Providing on-site training and guidance to team members;
Managing cleaning materials, supplies and equipment;
Ensuring workplace health and safety procedures are followed at all times;
Liaising with clients regarding operational matters and service delivery;
Conducting routine inspections and addressing performance issues where required.

Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience within the commercial cleaning industry;
Robust organisational and leadership skills;
Ability to manage staff and multiple work sites effectively;
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.

Language skills: English and Sinhala

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
