We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Module Homes Hire P/L (a member of NASH), in Greater Sydney. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, tradespeople and subcontractors on site
Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
Identifying and addressing any issues or delays on site in a timely manner
Liaising with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to provide progress updates
Overseeing the implementation of quality control measures
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of site activities
What we're looking for
Fair experience as a Construction Site Supervisor, ideally in the prefabricated/modular homes industry
Certain knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety protocols
Good problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schedules and specifications
Qualified Supervision Certificate
Current construction industry white card
Communicate with Chinese may be advantage but not essential.
