Constructions Group (Aust) is a commercial construction company with 28 years of trading experience across a wide range of industry sectors including Multi-Residential, Commercial, Health, and Industrial. We are seeking a Project Manager to work on upcoming projects ranging in value from $15m to $60m, principally in the Brisbane area.

This is a permanent, long-term role with our company. The role includes all aspects of the project commencing at the beginning of the project and seeing it through to a satisfactory handover to the client.

We have a number of projects commencing and roles available.

The successful applicant will have:
Experience managing all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction to the handover and defect liability period.
Skilled with the management of all contractual requirements, including Australian building specifications and standards
Adept at using project management software and implementing project delivery systems and construction programs
Extensive knowledge of Contracts management and Subcontractor negotiations
Valuable financial oversight and budget control




Overseeing HSEQ compliance
Staff management and full team leadership
The ability to liaise with Clients, consultants, local authorities, public utilities, etc.

To be considered for this role the successful applicant will have.
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5 years experience in Multi-Residential Construction.
3+ years working in a Project Management role
A proven track record of successfully delivering multi-residential projects
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
A background in project planning and organisation
Robust leadership and team-building skills,
Thorough understanding of HSEQ compliance
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
