About The Role
We are on the lookout for a confident and experienced Construction & Store Design Manager to oversee the store construction and designs process. Reporting to the COO, you’ll be primarily responsible for:
Manage end-to-end construction project management for new stores, including documentation, tendering, authority reporting, and on-site coordination.
Review and approve design plans for recent restaurants and remodels, ensuring consistency with brand standards and optimal functionality
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to create visually appealing and effective spaces.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure recent restaurants reflect San Churro's brand identity and create inviting spaces for customers.
Oversee project budgeting and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate handover processes, including warranty management, defect rectification, and final cost analysis.
About You
The San Churro Familia is passionate about our products and our customers, and works with a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:
Previous experience within retail/ hospitality industry/ working with shopping centres
Demonstrated construction/ project management experience
Strong understanding of design principles & planning
Relevant qualifications
Comfortable managing multiple store openings/ refurbs simultaneously
