Asphalt Crew Members

Based in Trafalgar, Fowlers Asphalting are seeking an asphalt crew member to join our team.

To be successful in this role:

You will have experience in asphalt paving/level hand, pavement construction, roller operations, skidsteer operations, general pavement design and general labouring duties. Current HC licence and experience in floating machinery is highly desired.

Key duties:
Take direction from supervisors to assist in asphalt operations;
Report maintenance and undertake daily routine maintenance as required;
Daily operation of tippers, skidsteers, rollers, pavers and more;
Float machines to and from site as required; and
Daily labouring and cleaning duties.

Skills required for this role:
Interest in the asphalt industry;
The ability to take direction and show initiative;
Proven ability to be a team player;
Excellent understanding of and commitment to quality,



and work health safety;
A positive "Can Do" attitude and be self-motivated, conscientious, and eager to learn; and
A robust work ethic, meaning reliable, punctual, honest and committed.
