A new nail experience is opening — a purpose-built, design-led space focused on delivering an elevated client experience.

We are building the founding team for this location and are looking for skilled Nail Technicians who take pride in their craft and in the way they look after clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Salon Manager, you will deliver a full range of nail services to a high standard while maintaining our service and hygiene benchmarks.

Key responsibilities:
Deliver manicures, pedicures, gel and enhancement services to brand standard
Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate services
Follow our documented Sequence of Service at every appointment
Maintain strict hygiene and sterilisation protocols
Accurately record client details and service notes in our booking system
Recommend retail products suited to the client's nail health
Encourage rebooking and contribute to client retention
Keep your station and shared areas clean, stocked and presentable

ABOUT YOU

Essential:




Recognised nail technician qualification (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
Proven experience in manicures, pedicures and gel application
Robust understanding of nail hygiene and infection control
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Reliable, punctual and able to work weekends as rostered
Current Australian work rights
Experience with acrylic and gel extensions
Nail art capability
Previous experience in a premium or high-volume salon
Retail sales experience
