About the Role

We are a growing last-mile logistics company delivering parcels for a major national e-commerce client.

Due to fleet expansion, we are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our skilled team on a full time basis.

This is stable employment with consistent hours — not gig work.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver parcels safely and efficiently to residential and commercial addresses
Complete approximately 150–250 stops per day (route dependent)
Operate a company-supplied van
Load and unload parcels (up to 23kg)
Follow all safety procedures and delivery standards
Use a handheld delivery device (training provided)
Provide excellent customer service

Requirements
Valid NSW Full Driver Licence only.
Clean driving history




Physically fit and comfortable being active throughout the day
Reliable and punctual
Solid work ethic
Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Previous delivery experience is advantageous but not essential.

Work Schedule
4–5 days per week
Must be available to work at least one weekend day
Shifts start time range between 6-7AM and goes for more then 8 hours
