Trainee

Position Primary Purpose
To participate as an effective member of the bush regeneration team
To deliver work/projects in a safe and cost effective manner, and in accordance with the work schedules provided.
To ensure quality of works is in accordance with specified best practice standards
To adherence to all the RNB and client WHS obligations
To represent Restore Nature’s Balance in a professional manner at all times

Essential (must have at the time of application otherwise do not apply)
Current manual driver’s license and ability to get to job sites in various locations
Construction Industry White Card.
Ability to work hard and follow instructions




As an effective regenerator you posses physical and mental fitness and have demonstrated consistency in the safe delivery of excellent results in difficult terrain and degraded environments
Take responsibility for your development within the company
Seek and participate in development opportunities above and beyond training required
Willingness to undertake physical fitness test and random drug tests

Viewed favourably
Valuable plant identification skills relevant to South-East Queensland
Work Safely at Heights training.
Open AC/DC license.
Level II First Aid or equivalent.
Chainsaw Ticket level 2
