About the Company
We a seeking an Senior Advisor Learning Assurance for a 4 month contract for a NSW government organisation based in Sydney Olympic Park / WFH. This is a hybrid role and is paying $80 - 85 per hour + super and based on a 35 hour work week.
About the Role
Monitor, audit, and report on Learning and Development (L&D;) administrative systems (e.g. SAP, MOODLE or similar) to ensure currency and accuracy.
Analyse and investigate issues and problems related to L&D; administrative systems and recommend business improvements to minimise future issues.
Champion the career development of members in utilising L&D; systems (e.g. SAP, LMS (Moodle) or similar), offering ongoing mentorship, guidance, and advice to enhance system proficiency.
Lead validation and quality assurance processes to support a consistent standard of learning and development activities and ensure training and assessment products are valid, compliant and fit for purpose.
Review, update, and maintain training and assessment products to ensure they meet role requirements, are valid, compliant, and fit for purpose across all relevant platforms.
Provide expert advice and guidance to members (staff and volunteers) to meet best practice and learning standards in the performance of their role.
Lead RTO compliance activities including AVETMISS/AGGREGATE reporting, Quality Indicator (QI) reporting and other RTO compliance requirements, ensuring relevant quality, quantity, and breadth of data is captured to meet legislative and organisational reporting requirements.
Skills & Experience
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification.
Diploma of Training Design and Development or equivalent, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
