NATURES BEST is an importer, manufacturer and wholesaler of stockfeed, pet foods and pet supplies.

We are looking for a full time Warehouse Administration Assistant to be based in our current warehouse facility in Berrinba.

The role

The Warehouse Administration Assistant will work to support our Warehouse Office and Inventory team. Key tasks for the role:
Invoicing and administration duties to help the flow of shipments from the Berrinba warehouse,
Creation of freight documentation,
Accuracy of inventory in the system, including physical counts, investigations of variations and the upkeep of the system.
Help maintain the demand process to ensure that stock levels in the warehouses are at a level suitable to keep up with the ever changing demands of the business
Checking of intercompany transfers
Stock Take / Cycle Counting to ensure inventory records are constantly accurate and usable.
Assist in the warehouse which includes pick/packing orders, receiving, and replenishments.
Support the Manager in day to day operations to help create a team environment.
Backup to Manager in times of absence.




Communications with internal stakeholders.
Driving improvements in warehouse, inventory operations and processes.

The Warehouse Administration Assistant will work closely with the personnel across all warehouse and transport functions. You can demonstrate:
Solid administration skills
Proven experience in Warehouse, Freight & Inventory Functions
Proven experience in a similar inventory position
Hold a current LO/LF License
Work autonomously and within a team
High level of communication skills
High attention to detail
Reliability
Strong computer literacy skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel.
Knowledge of Warehousing Systems and RF Systems.
Detailed knowledge of accounting disciplines, strategic drivers, economics and innovation.
