The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales Officer who enjoys engaging with customers, and contribute to the team’s effort in driving sales success. This is a permanent part-time role with negotiable hours. You’ll be a crucial part of our sales team, handling inquiries, processing orders, and building strong relationships with our customers. This role is perfect for someone who takes ownership, has a sense of urgency, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales inquiries and orders efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
Prepare customer quotes and orders,



identifying prospects to cross-sell products through technical information (training provided).
Make outbound calls to connect with new and existing customers.
Be proactive in communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers, following up on leads and opportunities.
Meet deadlines and prioritise work effectively, ensuring high attention to detail.
Support the team in meeting sales targets and contribute to overall business success.

What We’re Looking For:
A self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Experience in internal sales or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
