Our client is a medical research organisation who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis for 1 day per week, Fridays from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative work in the corporate sector and/or medical research institutions.

Responsibilities include:
Greeting and directing visitors, answering incoming calls, and responding to inquiries
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries using iProcurement
Maintaining reception area and ensuring it is presentable and welcoming
Multitasking in a busy and changing setting
Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Exercising discretion and judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
Working as part of a small team as well as individually
Intermediate user of MS office (Word, Excel, Microsoft)

Requirements:
Excellent telephone and reception manner
Ability to use iProcurement to track deliveries and advise staff members of their delivery
Flexibility and initiative
Strong ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
High level of organization skills
