A program manager with utilities

would be responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale programs within the

technology systems. This role requires a blend of program management expertise,

IIoT), and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and
requirements of the utility industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Leading and directing the execution
of large, complex programs within the utilities sector, ensuring alignment
with strategic goals and objectives.
OT System Expertise: Possessing a deep understanding of
OT systems, including SCADA and other
technologies used in utility operations.
Stakeholder Management: Engaging with a wide range of
stakeholders, including executive management, engineering teams,
operations staff, and vendors, to ensure program success.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks
associated with the program, including technical, operational, and financial
risks.
Budget and Schedule Management: Managing the program
budget and schedule, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of
program objectives.
Strategic Alignment: Ensuring the program is aligned
with the organization's strategic goals and objectives, contributing to
the modernization and digital transformation of operations.
Team Leadership: Leading and inspiring a team of
professionals, fostering a cooperative and high-performing work
environment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Program Management Experience: Proven experience in
leading and managing large-scale, complex programs, preferably within the
utilities sector.
OT Systems Knowledge: Robust understanding of OT
systems, including their architecture, functionality, and integration with
IT systems.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant
technologies, such as OT, SCADA, IoT, and cloud computing.
Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to present Program overview and status to
C-level leadership at customer end
