Identify current business prospects and develop strategic partnerships to support long-term commercial growth.
Portfolio & Account Management
Drive performance across Corporate, Luxury Leisure, Entertainment, MICE, Government, and Travel Agency segments.
Leverage an established client network to maximise account penetration and unlock cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
Create and execute go-to-market and ramp-up plans for recent hotel openings and market penetration initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Act as the primary commercial liaison between Ennismore and Accor NSO teams, ensuring alignment on account ownership, market coverage, and regional priorities.
Foster a culture of collaboration and commercial alignment across Directors of Sales and hotel commercial teams throughout the Pacific.
Share best practices, coach hotel sales leaders, and ensure consistent execution of regional strategies and initiatives.
Represent Ennismore at trade shows, sales missions, industry events, and client engagements to strengthen brand presence and commercial partnerships.
