About the Role

Based in Williamstown and reporting to the Area Manager, we are looking for experienced and committed plant operator, whose primary responsibility will be to operate the mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works as well as general hand labouring work.




Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
Protected and efficient use of asphalt/spray seal related mobile plant
Maintaining company truck and plant equipment
Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives and,
Comply with Boral OH&S; policy and ensure our Safety and Environmental standards are met

About You
Experience in asphalt and/or spray seal road surfacing
A solid commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus
General Construction Induction Card – White Card
A current Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency will be highly regarded
A proven ability to work within an Asphalt team setting and,
Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights when required.
