ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the HSEQ and Systems Manager, the role is responsible for providing daily operational support for HSE compliance and risk management. This is an entry level role for those with a passion for safety, training and development will be provided. You will assist in implementing and maintaining Grove’s Integrated HSE management system, monitor safety compliance, investigate incidents, recommend changes to policies and procedures, and generate HSE reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS
Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety
First Aider or HSR, desirable





EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum 2+ years’ experience within the manufacturing or construction industry is desirable.
Experience supporting the development and implementation of HSE procedures or programs desirable.
Experience working with computer systems and digital reporting platforms.
Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent organisational skills with robust attention to detail.
Sound judgement and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure environment.
Ability to influence and communicate with a diverse range of people across all levels of the business.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop into a successful HSE qualified.
