About the role

Hosch International Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Office Junior/ All rounder to join our team in Osborne Park, WA. This full-time position will see you providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office.

What you'll be doing
Performing general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry and answering phone enquiries
Providing reception services, including greeting visitors and managing incoming mail
Assisting with invoicing, purchasing and other financial tasks
Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and special tasks as required
Maintaining office supplies and equipment




Contributing to a positive and collaborative team setting
Maintaining Linkedin and any social media presence

What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
Flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
A positive, friendly and professional attitude
