About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a proactive and driven sales professional. You'll take ownership of an existing portfolio of warm accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. With the backing of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own territory and drive growth.

What You'll Do
Manage and grow an established customer base across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Proactively identify and develop new business within the packaging and manufacturing sectors.




Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored product solutions.
Maintain accurate forecasts, reports, and customer records.
Travel as required within your territory to maintain solid relationships.

What You'll Bring
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or a related sector.
A secure career history and consistent track record of results.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and confidence with reporting tools.
